Witcher-Maker CD Projekt Engaged on Gwent Single-Participant Card Sport

Video video games maker CD Projekt is engaged on a brand new single-player model of the cardboard recreation Gwent, an organization consultant stated.

Earlier on Monday, online game and leisure media web site IGN reported that CD Projekt was engaged on a brand new Gwent single-player standalone recreation, sending its shares 8 p.c increased.

“Sure, we’re engaged on new Gwent title for single participant, which is able to premiere this 12 months,” Gwent’s communications head Pawel Burza informed Reuters in an emailed remark.

“In the intervening time we can’t specify the discharge date,” he added.

CD Projekt, principally recognized for its high-budget productions The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077, launched a full model of Gwent: The Witcher Card Sport in 2018.

Ipopema Securities analyst Michal Wojciechowski stated that whereas the cardboard recreation wouldn’t have a major influence on the corporate’s outcomes, it was a “barely constructive shock”.

CD Projekt’s shares closed 8.3 p.c increased at PLN 180.06 (roughly Rs. 3,300).
